Well — even if a PM produces wire frames or tech outlines, those are just guiding documents towards the actual work of writing the shipping code and making the true designs, flows, visuals and graphics. So it falls under the realm of what things can the product manager do to help their team build the right products. I also think these are critical ways for a PM to express ideas to a team, but every PM should be careful not to dictate wireframes or tech choices, but to inspire the team to get there on their own
