Part of the reason I like “help” is exactly this. It isn’t about being sensational — full of inspiration and cheerleading, unless the team needs that and then it is about that. It isn’t about motivation in my opinion — for the most motivated teams I have seen, that comes from within. So I picked “help” because it really is about the small things a PM does everywhere to keep the team focused, well prioritized, and on mission
