I don’t know how much it is worth to me. I know it used to be worth a lot as I paid for the delivery of a bundle of information in a high quality way, and I still do that subscribing to a new newsletters and sites like The Information and WSJ. I don’t think this is as much an automation problem as a UI design problem and a matchmaking problem to connect people to the right “editors” who have taste for them. I do wish Netflix would do a better job here — it kills me I can never find trusted reviews (not just from friends but true critics) about any of their content on their platform. Rotten Tomatoes is better in that regard which is annoying.
