great questions — and you might be right that not everyone has someone else who can explain a product to them. I still have a sense that part of what makes mobile so different is that I can just whip out my phone and show you something vs explaining it to you and expecting you to remember what I said when you return to face your desktop computer. But we’ll see if every design needs to evolve to something more “intuitive” or at least to evolve to something with more tips and training built right into the app vs the expectation that someone else will first explain something.
